Description

Your Turtle Canyon Oahu adventure begins aboard the Ariya II, our double-deck powerboat featuring surround sound, a Titanic-style bow, and an onboard restroom. For safety, shoes are removed before boarding, and secure storage is provided for your belongings. Our CPR-certified, water-safety-trained crew will welcome you aboard and share the Hawaiian chant E ho mai, a traditional prayer for a safe and meaningful journey.

Once we arrive at Turtle Canyon, our crew will provide a full snorkel and safety briefing before you enter the water. Life vests, masks, snorkels, and all necessary gear are included. You’ll then spend about 45 minutes exploring the reef, where Hawaiian green sea turtles can often be seen gliding through the water, resting near the reef, and swimming among tropical fish and coral.

After snorkeling, relax on deck while learning more about Hawaii’s marine life, enjoy a complimentary snack and cold drink, and receive an exclusive Polynesian-style temporary turtle tattoo.

The return trip is part of the experience, with a live Hawaiian hula performance and sweeping views of Diamond Head and the Waikiki coastline. Know before you book:

• Wear your swimsuit under casual clothes so you arrive ready for the water
• Bring an oversized beach towel, sunglasses, and a hat
• Reef-safe sunscreen is required, to protect the coral and the turtles
• A light jacket or sweatshirt is smart for the winter return cruise
• Shoes are not allowed on the boat, so wear sandals you can slip off
• Optional canned drinks and beverages are available for purchase on board (about $5 each)
